Scrum Master Vacancy (Filled)
We are looking for experienced scrum masters to oversee and guide various scrum teams at our customer sites. The scrum master’s responsibilities include ensuring that development teams follow scrum framework values and agile practices; mentoring and motivating the teams to improve processes; facilitating meetings and decision-making processes; and eliminating team impediments.
Scrum Master Responsibilities
- Using agile project management methodology to plan, manage, and deliver solutions;
- Scheduling and facilitating scrum events and meetings to ensure collaboration, and removing impediments for the scrum team;
- Determining and managing tasks, issues and risks, and helping teams make improvements;
- Monitoring progress and organizing demos, QA, and product/system testing.
- Preparing and presenting status reports to stakeholders.
Skills and Requirements
- At least three years of experience as a scrum master or in a similar role.
- Working knowledge of agile methodology and techniques, such as Scrum or Kanban.
- Leadership and management experience;
- Effective communication, presentation, analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Scrum Master Certificate and Bachelor’s degree in a STEM discipline.
