ITANDT Solutions is on the hunt for a dynamic and experienced Technical Sales Specialist to market our product and services. In this role, you would be directly responsible for creating and executing the strategy to turn the company product into sales. To excel in this role, you would need a strong understanding of technological products, while being conversant with various sale approaches. The preferred candidate should have a history of acting in a similar role or posses relevant cybersecurity sales certificates.
Responsibilities:
As a Technical Sales Specialist at ITANDT Solutions, your primary responsibility would include:
- Lead Generation: Scout and source new leads and potential organizations that require our company’s solutions and services.
- Sales Execution: Take ownership of the sales process and convert prospects into customers.
- Client Relations: Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships with our clientele, understanding their unique needs, and tailoring solutions to meet and exceed expectations.
- Partner Relationship Management: Communicate with our solution partners, maintaining strong relationships, and understanding their offerings.
- Market Insights: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitors, providing valuable insights to our clients.
- Closing Deals: Drive successful sales from prospecting to deal closure, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes for clients and our company.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate seamlessly with the technical team to deliver the best solutions to our clients.
Requirements:
To thrive in this role, you should have:
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in technology sales with at least 3 years of experience.
- Technical Acumen: A solid understanding of IT solutions and services to effectively communicate their value to potential clients.
- Communication and Presentation Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage clients and convey complex technical concepts clearly and simply.
- Passion for Technology: An unwavering passion for technology and a hunger to stay at the forefront of industry developments.
- Relevant Certifications: Cybersecurity certificate is a plus.
- Digital Marketing Expertise: Experience with digital marketing tools is also a plus.
